Provide the benefits and let them know about the company’s branding.
Provide the training and placement solution and the paid consulting services information to them.
Get them closed with the company’s services for employment program.
Get multiple follow-up calls and convince them to close the deal to bring in revenue.

Job Summary:
Norlox is looking for highly motivated Support Associates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless support experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound support requests via calls, emails, and chat.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Identify opportunities to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in using customer support tools and software (preferred).
Availability to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
